Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Since our product is a digital IPTV subscription, once your account has been activated and your login details have been delivered, the service is considered used and cannot be refunded — unless the service does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue.


Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund:

  • You must report the issue within 7 days of your purchase.

  • You must have followed all setup instructions provided by our team.

  • You must contact our support team and allow us to troubleshoot the issue.

  • Your IPTV subscription must not be:

    • shared with others

    • used on unauthorized devices

    • misused in any way

Refunds are NOT granted in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after activation.

  • You provided incorrect details (e.g., wrong MAC address, wrong device type).

  • Your internet connection is unstable, slow, or incompatible with IPTV streaming.

  • The service works, but it does not meet your personal expectations (e.g., channel selection, content preferences).

  • You did not contact support before requesting a refund.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are only granted in specific situations, such as:

  • Extended service interruption caused by our servers.

  • Duplicate payment or accidental double order.


Processing Refunds

Once your refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed automatically.

  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method within a few business days.

If You have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for IPTV subscriptions.
However, if your login credentials do not work, our support team will:

  • Repair the issue, or

  • Issue a new set of working credentials free of charge


Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Sale or promotional subscriptions

  • Renewals after activation

  • Accounts suspended due to policy violation or abuse
